MEMBERSHIP

The Mission of ICPSNE is to educate our members and to expand to new members.  The purpose is to improve and promote wellness and prevention of illness through education, collaboration and practice.


Professional Membership Cost is $30. Members who enroll within the months of December and January will receive copies of the agenda, minutes and handouts.  Those who join after January through June will begin receiving these items in September.

Your professional membership is only $30 per year.  This entitles you to:

  • Networking with colleagues from hospitals and extended care facilities
  • Handouts
  • Resources
  • Mentoring
  • Free speakers and occasional sponsored luncheons
  • Free meeting places and parking
  • Lottery to receive free registration or reduced fees for educational conferences

How to Join... 

1. Print the Application and mail to the Treasurer (Word format)

(You will be asked to open or save document - choose save, then save file to your hard drive)

  1. Open the document and fill in the information requested
    (To modify the form easily, turn on Word's overtype mode by pressing the INSERT key on your keyboard)
  2. Save the document
  3. Email completed application as an attachment to the treasurer: nvallande@lifespan.org
  4. Mail check separately, payable to ICPSNE, Inc. to:
